Already havin' problems with your neighbours Steve; have you even moved in yet?
The noise footprint is very complex and depends upon height, wind direction, orientation, background noise, range, blade pitch (torque), Rate of Descent, Airspeed, relative airflow and a few other things I can't remember. I may be wrong but I think you might find this a bit of a struggle to get detailed info on. You may be able to get hold of noise certificate type info though.
