What is the level of motivation amongst pilots flying in India?
Seems like all airline pilots are facing the air of uncertainty and thereby getting highly demotivated.

It is indeed a cause for concern.....
Some airlines have taken decisions and implemented them without following any norms.
With such high handed attitudes morale is bound to be adversly affected. This will have negative spin offs in the area of professionalism. Which will eventually bite the airlines.
In India people like to be patient and keep quietly tolerating nonsense till the breaking point is reached, then it would be too late. There are very few mechanisms for views to reach the top and the middle level managers are scared to lose their jobs and have become "YES" men.
Time will tell because nobody knows what will happen next. The future is out of human control.
