Hello all,

having completed my CPL/IR I'm willing to change the countryside for a while so I thought that Africa would be good for a guy like me. So... I'd like to ask if anyone know about some Wilga PZL-104 or AN-2 operators still having this acfts runing ? Some contacts or thoughts. I'm not in a hurry, so "when to go" answers would be also appreciated :) .

I'm asking about this types because I have'em, I know it's easier to find a job with C206/210 but beeing a rare person... I hope... I hope to get a job in this area :}. I really enjoy flying the above ones.

Thanks for any thoughts

Hi,

there are 2 Wilgas at Eros Airport in Windhoek privatly owned. Otherwise the Naua Naua Game Lodge has a Wilga and an AN-2 at the Lodge strip (both on the German Register) that they use now and then for short scenic flights - they don't make a profit with that though, as they fly those AC for the fun of it.

Wow! Thanks, I'll give them a call in some time, but, geee...You seem to know everything about Namibia.

Any other countries ?
