Have you seen the pictures in the SAFAR magazine of the flt ops management giving each other Najm awards of various colours? Talk about a mutual appreciation society - I looked at it with a degree of mirth but also a degree of disgust!! What gets me is that they get the awards for just doing the jobs which they should be doing anyway - they have not done anything in my view extraordinary. Also I suppose they must have all nominated each other - just a thought!!!

PS has FMB (PP) ever answered an e-mail, it seems that she can't be bothered to reply half the time especially if she might have to make a decision to answer your question, in fact her attitude is simply rude - NOT gold najm standard!!!
