Has anyone used this site for filing a CHIRP ? and are they truely confidential.

Never used it myself but they are touted as being totally confidential. They take your details to get back to you and confirm report details but then sanitise any communications of your name. When the report is dealt with, they send back your details page of the form and only retain the report. (All this is stated in the CHIRP Feedback)
Several pilot reports submitted (and addressed) and no problems with that.
