Maindeck loader question

Hi folks

Is anyone familiar with a Load Star maindeck loader? I'm trying to find out if I can get 20ft pallets onto one. The handling agent I''m dealing with doesn't even know what a 20ft is :ugh: I've tried explaining :ugh: their English ain't great :ugh::ugh:

Yeah, thanks. Finally found that link and gave them a call. A problem indeed. Problem solved: Going to a different airport :}
