I am about to purchase a property and was hoping that someone out there has the names of some good bank people who understand the CX housing scheme.
I have spoken to people who haven't dealt with CX before and ..:{

It used to be Jessica at HSBC in DB but last I heard she has been locked up.:confused:

I can't give you a contact I'm afraid except to say that HSBC in DB understand the system, but I can tell you that the key words that they need are that "if the interest rate changes you wish to adjust the tenure and maintain the monthly repayment amount"
A couple of top tips:
1. Shop around, HSBC are not always the best
2. HSBC prime rate is usually slightly lower than the rest so take this into account when comparing prime minus deals.
3. If HSBC are the best deal at the time, you can always use the branch at DB anyway, wherever the property is.
