virgin atlantic seniority

just a quick question: what are the names for the roles of seniority at virgin, at my airline the 1 is known as the cabin manager 2 acm etc...
at ba is the CSD ultimately in charge and the purser the #2, what are the roles at virgin?

Hi,

Onboard every Virgin Atlantic flight, the ranks present are;

FSM (Flight Service Manager) - formerly known as IFS. Equivalent to No.1, CSD etc

CSS (Cabin Service Supervisor) - formerly known as Purser. There are 2 onboard each flight. 1x Upper Class, 1x Premium & Economy

SCC (Senior Cabin Crew) - crew who work in Upper Class.

CC (Cabin Crew) - formerly known as Junior. These are crew that work in Premium & Economy.
