Friendly Security Staff

As one who is not unknown for moaning (usually justified) about the unpleasantness of modern air travel, I'd just like to compliment the friendly staff who were manning security at Stansted airport on Tuesday 18th November, around lunchtime. A really nice bunch of good-humoured guys who made the usual stupid procedures a lot easier to bear. If only they were all like that......

I fly out of Stansted a lot (maybe thirty times a year) and I have always found security screening staff to be friendly and to have excellent customer service skills. The same can not be said of some of the other airports I use....
P.S. I am referring to those at the X-ray machines and arches, not to the staff at the "doors" who check boarding passes prior to screening. The latter seem sometimes to have a less pleasant attitude when dealing with customers.

Good service at LTN the other day. Efficient staff and 8 security lanes open for the early morning rush of take offs. Keep up the good work!
