Good day all

Can an "m" registered aircraft, hence Isle of Man operate commercially?

Does anyone have any experience with what and how it can be done?

I heard there is a way to do it only it has a few aspects as having distinct clients or partially commercial as some call it.

Any information about this issue will be appreciated

Thanks In advance,

LU

have no idea whether its possible or not, even if it isn't l am sure that some f***** will work something out that will make it look to all AOC holders that certain aricraft do charter............of course it will obviously be argued back that there is no way possible that they are being chartered.

Usual ****e...happens every day, M reg N reg VP reg.

Should be possible to do an ICAO Annex 6 transfer for 6 months but Aircraft would need to be EU OPS compliant, this would only be a temporary arrangement, Baines and Simmons will advise if this arrangement would be accepted

Baines & Simmons - Really!

thought they were just contractors to oversee the airworthiness side of things, If anybody was planning the sort of transfer you mention the first port of call would be Douglas and the DCA
