South Africa is probably your best place to start looking. There are a few very good schools. Just becareful not to go for any old school because they are cheap. Try and find out a bit more about the school, because there are also some schools that should not be allowed close to an aircraft.

They might not be the cheapest, but have a look at schools like FTS (owned and opperated by airline pilots - very good school! Flight Training Services - Grand Central Airport (http://www.fts.co.za/) ) also Babcock CFA (also good Babcock Central Flying Academy (http://www.flyingacademy.co.za/) ) and 43 air school (they are probably the best, but by far the most expensive Pilot Training and Flying School South Africa (http://www.43airschool.com/) ). There are other good schools as well, but I think the above mentioned schools are a good place to start.

Hope it helps
