two questions about CPP

Hi, guys, i just wonder would it be too late to apply for CPP now, the company posted the note amost a month.....i am just afriad they may stop recruiting pilot like other position in the company due to the current economic situation

I applied a week ago and got reply from CX already. Will hv my initial test in Late Nov in HK.
