I am travelling from LHR to NewYork in a couple of weeks. Its an early departure (08.30, so check in at 06.30) so its probably better to get a hotel near to LHR for the night before otherwise travelling to the airport will be a problem. Can anyone recommend a hotel close to LHR that offeres reasonably priced accommodation (possibly with a 'deal' for car parking included for the duration of my trip) and transport to the airport? Anywhere within a 2-3 mile radius would be ideal.
