I always think it's nice when you visit different airports and see rows of one airline lined up like at Paris,Amsterdam,Frankfurt,Madrid and other places round the globe.

Found this one of Terminal 5 where BA is sole operator and soon to have all it's flight in.Just have to wait for 5C to be completed.Why could'nt they have done it all in one go?!!.

Would've taken even longer to open if they'd done that. And BAA wanted them shifted so they can crack on with Heathrow East.

Fantastic find by the way re the picture! I do agree it looks so much better when airlines are clustered together. I wonder what Heathrow will look later in 2009 when it's clustered by alliance...

Fair point Raf,

Just thought if they just used a larger workforce the whole thing could have been completed in one go.

There again I know nothing about major construction projects so I best take a back seat!!.
