Just wanted to repost the thread for anybody who missed it, i have a room available for rent, around 200 per week plus bills.

Located on the canal at Bayview, brand new, private swimming pool, pontoon etc.... About a 5 minute drive from town and 10 to the airport.

I will be in Darwin on Thursday and Friday if you would like to view the property.
