Ukunda Airport (Mombasa CTR?)

Can someone advise on the condition of the airstrip at Ukunda Airport in Diane Beach? I am aware that it is in the Mombasa CTR, but does it have a operational tower? Doesnt seem to be much info on this strip, KCAA has not updated its website and Jeppesen is drawing a blank

No operational tower..
Contact Mombasa approach at least 10 minutes before your ETA and immediately after take off..
Expect a cross wind!!

Thanks for the info, managed to find it in the latest AIP for Kenya. Looks like a fun little strip and at nearly sea level some gusts expected. Will certainly contact mombasa approach, as I am planning a overlfight of the airport is permitted and descent over nyaly and low over the coast until diane
