Can anybody out there tell me what operators fly from either LGW or LHR to TPA. I know BA fly from LGW but are there any other direct operators????

You can't get from LHR to TPA non-stop. Only from LGW and AFAIK only with BA. You can get to Orlando (MCO) from LGW with BA and Virgin and drive to TPA. It's not that far.
If you want to go from LHR, I would suggest your best bet is via MIA or somewhere on the Eastern Seaboard.
