I'm trying to figure out exactly which aircraft belong where, between the 737s of Comair and Kulula. This is what I've got so far:

BA/Comair:
2 -400s: -OAG + -OAA
7 -300s: -OKB, -OKC, -OKG, -OKH, -OKI, -OKJ, -OKK

KULULA:
5 -400s: -OTF (Jetsetter), -OTG (Zippy), -OTH (Cow), -OAF (Camo), -OAM (white)

Then there is -OAO which I think is a -400 operating for Kulula, being all-white? And also two other all-white -300s, -OAH and -OAI, are they also operating for Kulula, or both MN and BA...and will they stay with MN?

How long is Kulula's -200, -NNH still going to be around?

What about the at least one -200 still being operated by BA?

According to the Comair Limited Annual Report 2008:

"The Boeing 737-200 aircraft are used for ad hoc and charter flights only. Stage 3 noise compliant aircraft will in time replace the Boeing 737-200 as noise abatement regulations are imminent"

In other words, these six aircraft are not for normal line operations. They list 8 737-400 and 9 737-300 as the rest of the fleet.

not -OAG but -OTG...amd there is recently added B734 -OAV

KULULA:
5 -400s: -OTF (Jetsetter), -OTG (Zippy), -OTH (Cow), -OAF (Camo), -OAM (white)

(Zippy) is -OAG not -OTG
Then there is -OAO, -OAP

-OAI and -OAH all almost exclusively used by Kulula

Then the B737-200 -OLA, -OLB, -OKD, -OKE, -NNG are all in BA colours but not exclusively used by BA only, often they operate Kulula schedules as well
and -NNH only Kulula...

the plan was to phase the B737-200's out a while ago, but with the oil price coming down and down, I think they will be "smoking" the skies for a while to come.

All -300s, including OAH & OAI will be used on the BA brand, with 7 -400s going kulula, 3 to BA, and the -200s floating (no pun intended) between the brands. OAH/I shortly to be painted in BA colours.

Saw a different Europcar branded Kulula jet at GRJ this morning, ZS-OAP, so was thinking just to confirm a recap of what aircraft is there now.
I believe this brings to 6 painted Kulula 737-400s:
ZS-OTH - Cow
ZS-OAG - Zippy
ZS-OTF - Jetsetter
ZS-OAF - Camo
ZS-OAM - Europcar
ZS-OAP - Europcar

Where is ZS-OAO, still white?

'Ad hoc or charter flights', my arse. Apparently -200's are like some kind of addictive drug, because despite whatever plans may exist to phase them out, they always seems to be indispensable to the schedule. Plus they never seem to break badly, thus killing the -300's and -400's in the dispatch reliability stakes, oddly enough.

OAO (-400) and OAH (-300) now the only whities left.

Is -OAI painted in BA colours now and solely used by Comair?
Will -OAH also go to Comair eventually, or still between the two, what configuration does it have at the moment, with business class seats in, same 116 seat capacity as the other -300s of Comair, or more for LCC operations?
Is the Kulula -200 still flying, haven't seen it in GRJ for a long time?

Yes it is.

At the moment OAH is used by Kulula (the only Kulula -300). Not 100% sure about config but would assume it is in the LCC config.

Yes NNG still flying. Probably doesn't come to George because the pax loads are too good for a -200...

ZS-NNG is actually in BA colours and queit often does BA flights, I used it to Windhoek about 2 weeks ago

ZS-NNH is the other B737-200 that is "truly" painted in "green" Kulula colours, used everywhere when a B733 or B734 goes 'US'...even George.
