Just wondering if any of the pros could tell me what does it mean when the singapore ATC gives "NO PDC" as part of the clearance before departure. And again its not the one we are all used to on the ACARS. And also where I can find some info on it. Thanks

Some companies pay for the service called "Pre Departure Clearance" PDC via ACARS, the read back only consists of telling them the code that comes with your PDC thus cutting the chatter on the radio.

I think in Singapore this refers to no Pre Departure Coordination with the next FIR in relation to flight levels. ie You may get FL360 from Singapore ATC but could have to change levels when handed over.
