Does anybody have some good shareware for a logbook programe that will hotsynch with a PC
for Airline Type flying.

Palmlog from nomadtech.com is a good one, and it`s free.

FlightLevel is one I've seen recommended. Info is at http://www.flightlvl.com/
An interesting thing is that you can enter stuff on your Palm and then sync it back to your desktop version of the product - useful for backups, etc.
You can download a free eval version.
