I heard a rumour recently that when the CAA last employed a Flight Ops Inspector, to ensure a reasonable package, they consulted all rotary employers to find out what is competitive!

Apparantly the deal was that this information would then be fed back to the employers so that the relevant companies could see where they stood in the terms and conditions.

Anyone have the information or like to comment? Apologies if this has been discussed on earlier thread!

OM :hmm:

Sounds like pretty much basic pay benchmarking common sense to me. Or am I missing something?
Mind you, I bet the CAA guy will have a lot more benefits than someone just working for a common or garden rotary employer.

Pensions/meal discounts/travel etc etc. You need to look at the bigger picture sometimes.
