Just a quikie,
Anyone used/bought a PC FMS simulator (Universal brand simulator preferably)?

Where can I buy a copy?

Cheers,

Transair in London used to sell a CD sim prog. Don't know if they still do. It is certainly sufficient to learn how to use the
Universal FMC. Give them a call.

Thanks Wanderlust,
That software doesn't cover the UNS1-M that I fly with. In addition I seem to remember that it was >£150 in the Transair catalogue. (I'm not tight, just a skint tight **** .)

After ringing UNIVERSAL Avionics in the States, I was offered their 'plug-in' FMS sim for US$7000 or the 1-M training notes.
It was a hard one, but I went for the good old paper stuff. Free too!

Thanks again,
h_k

I used a UNS-1 CD-ROM tutorial which is on a pretty basic level and taught me nothing I didnt already know.

Reading the manual and practice should cover the ins and outs of it.

BAe Woodford has a plug in UNS trolley sim. They might let you play with it.
