Interview to offer of employment?

I've searched and have been unable to find, but what is the average time between doing the final interview and finding out whether or not you were successful?

Does anybody know the current time frame for SO second interview to class date?

I was recently at a second interview in HK.

The timeline to find out your result is about 10 days. You call HK usually the next Friday after the week of your interview.

They said for S/O hired this Fall, expect a start date mid-late 2009. For F/O hired now, expect a start date in 2010.
