Just wondering how similar ATPL Air Law is between the JAA and the UK CAA authorities. Is it 100% the same or are there some slight differences?

as far as i can remember UK ATPL air law is ICAO air law, so shouldn't be any difference. I think it's OPS + PROCS which is JAR instead of ICAO. I could be wrong though.
