Adding icons to posts (not smilies)

I have an image (non-moving) that I want to be able to add to the end of my posts like the smilies. I've tried the search function but to no avail.

Help in words of one syllable would be much appreciated.

The important thing to note is that the image you want to use must be out there on the web.
