The future of low cost travel - get there your bloody self? I understand he's managed to sell several hundred of his batwings to interested parties in Sangatte.

Seriously, well done. Even though Lord Mountbatten got halfway across the Irish sea much quicker, and from a standing start.

If he swam the Channel I would have been impressed, the only achievement here is that he didn't die. Absolutely pointless.

Well done, Clee! Your post is both in incredibly bad taste as well as being geographically incorrect - if you have any sense of decency, you will no doubt delete it.

Great achievement - well done Yves. As for Clee and Montana - thank God for men of character and daring. You should both be ashamed of yourselves!

Well Done to him. There can't be that many other ways to fly across the Channel left. My little girl was enthralled, she thought it was Buzz Lightyear out of the kids movie Toy Story, personally I prefer RoboCop 3. But again well done to that man.
