Flicking Flucking Screen

My screen keeps flicking thin white lines whenever I scroll or there's any movement on the screen (e.g a new internet page gets loaded). Is my monitor or video card on the way out or do I need to reload the drivers? Can any wizzo help?

I'd certainly try the drivers first (less expense!) Have you tried to see if it happens in 640x480 (VGA) resolution? (I assume that everyone these days normally uses VGA or XGA)

Thanks ex sim guy. Drivers reloaded & it works. DUH! :) :)
