Anybody seen one of these (http://hitlinesuk.com/shop/gyro-car-p-69.html) in operation? Any idea how it works?

PS On solid ground, of course, not a conveyor belt!!

Anybody seen one of these in operation?

Have you not discovered YouTube ? :ok:

Any idea how it works?

Or Google ? (although the videos on the aforementioned should be more than enough to deduce operating methodology .... you don't need an ATPL to operate one)

Gyro Car - Operating Instructions (http://gyrocar.com.au/pages/instructions.html)

and the FAQ "Q: How does it work?"

Sorry, this is Jet Blast afterall .... :}

Mixture, I googled before posting, and couldn't find the answer to my question. I thought that maybe, with it being a technological toy, some prooner might have bought it or come into contact with one, and been interested enough to find out how it works. I still would like to know, and your links didn't tell me, how does the force applied to the steering column (an oscillatory movement) manage to rotate the wheels to drive it forwards in a continual drive?
