Ok guys this is a question for somebody who really know JAR-FCL.I got a job in Carpatair 4 months ago,on SAAB2000.In my company I finished all ground training(MOCKUP,CBTs,Diching,CRM......).After that my company sent me on simulator in Oxford Aviation Academy in Arlanda, where I completed sim training and skill test. After that I did 6 flights in my company.I delivered all my documents, forms etc to Croatian CAA(I have Croatian licence),but CroCAA rejected my application, with explanation that my company is not on the list of TRTO's
So It is necessary that company should be TRTO to do part of (ground) training for own purpose?

All training must be at an approved TRTO either ground, sim or flight.

Any training at a non approved TRTO is invalid and you would be required to retake said element.

They are individual to each JAA state.

The UK CAAs list is here:
http://www.caa.co.uk/docs/33/Organisations%20conducting%20Approved%20Training%2008-2008.pdf

Other authorities - you'll need to check their websites.

But ,I don't understand, there is any exception? My company has about 90 pilots, all of them are finished like me,and they got license without problem.
