IE window size

A curious thing started happening the other day.

Whenever I open IE in a new window, it opens a window that is about 2 inches by 1/3 inch. I have to manually resize it.

How do I fix this - to open full size automatically?

Try sizing the window then exit IE using the menu (not the 'x' button). If that doesn't work try it again but also reboot Windoze.

Resize it manually, that is by pulling out the sides and top, do not use the square in the top right corner, then close IE, next time you reopen Windows should have remembered the size it closed at.
