Can anybody tell me what caused the long delays to Thomsonfly flight 1401/1402 from Glasgow to Ibiza on the 20th September 2008.

A Thomson en route to Naples last night diverted to Orly following the loss of an engine driven generator and an APU overspeed. Much discussion from the crew on 121.5. They were about 60nms from Geneva at the time. That may have had a knock on to the programme.
