Just a quick Question. Can one carry out a CPL in Spain after doing the Atpls with the Caa?

Heard a rumour about that alright. Spain would be an attractive alternative with regards to the price, wx etc.
Doing my Atpls with the Caa but living in Ireland. I know the Caa have an agreement with the Iaa to allow one to do the Cpl in Ireland. Is this the only country that this agreement is with?
