Air China Parc contract

Hi guys,
it's been asked before, but is there an A330 Captain currently working for Air China willing to post info re life on the flight deck.ie mainly smoking protocol and the atmosphere in general? Something along the lines of "are we happy chappies,or is the end of the contract not going to appear soon enough?"
I am aware of the renumeration as advertised by Parc, but an idea of the rostered hours would also be good.

Same request from my side as well.... rosters ?
And apparently a lot of guys could deal directly with Air China and not through any pilot agency , with longer contracts and block OFF days guaranteed . Would you mind share ?
