Load up a screensaver from www.setiathome.ssl.berkeley.edu (http://www.setiathome.ssl.berkeley.edu) and when your computers in standby mode the screensaver is crunching data from the Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence (Dont ask me why thats a 4 letter acronym for 3 words...)project at Berkeley Uni, Ca.
It could be you!!
Or not.
Either way, seems like a useful project that costs you stuff-all (a few mins data transfer time) and might be your place on the front pages for a lifetime!
