Bomb blasts in JAI, AMD and BLR.

Riots in Kashmir..... then in Orissa.

Increasing Naxalite activity.

Floods in Bihar and Assam

Parliamentary horse trading....

the list goes on.

Not a good year for India.

But people here pick up the pieces and get back to whatever they do.

Is it apathy or determination to maintaining their way of life in trying circumstances... no one knows. But Indians know how to bounce back that's for sure.

As for safety, not to worry. Yes it is risky venturing outside in India but again, you can't cocoon yourself in your house to protect yourself and your family... just not feasible.

after all this growth rate of 8 to 9%:ok:

this is the where you cannot compare 1st world with india
here life goes on .
even if the electricity fails for 12-24 hrs, and growth rate is 9%.

i think its th safest place,

considering so many came here 5 yrs back they are working,
no body has left .
