New ATPL Exam centre in Malaysia

The CAA are setting up a new exam centre for the JAA ATPL and Part 66 Engineering exams in Kuala Lumpar. The centre will be at the British Council offices and be active from December 08 with sittings every second month in December, February, April, June, August and October.

Exam fees will be slightly higher than for UK venues, £91 a paper for ATPLs and £67 for Part 66. Current applications can be switched to this venue. More info from [email protected].

I once requested my first choice of venue as Gatwick and got sent to Glasgow...gawd knows what would have happened now they can send people to Malaysia ?:eek: :p

(incidently the CAA sent someone with a first choice of Glasgow to Gatwick during that sitting proving they really are a bunch of awkward halfwits.)
