View Full Version : Russian Oil

Apparently our Prime Minister is heading for a clash with EU heads after he demands the suspension of "partnership and co-operation" negotiations with Russia over intervention in Georgia.

Is it safe to assume, if the above happens, that Mr.Putin will then carry out his threat to send his oil to the Far East in retaliation?

And will the consequence for us in the West be just one more huge burden to have to bear as barrel oil prices and subsequent petrol prices rocket, let alone another step closer to a Cold War?

Or is Mr.Putin bluffing?

Damned if I know.

Nah, we'll still get Russian oil but it'll all be coloured red. Ask any farmer, they've been using the red stuff for donkey's years, works just as great, only cheaper... :p

Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin is reported to have shot a tiger with a tranquiliser dart while out filming with a TV crew.
It is claimed that the tiger escaped from a trap and was heading for the crew when Mr Putin stepped in.

Brown has no idea what he's up to. It seems he has found something, whilst hiding under the skirts of his beloved EU, to make himself appear intelligent.
