View Full Version : Is there a "Tweak UI" equivalent for (or in) Vista?

Juat been forced to move to Vista and have to say that it's growing on me. However, there are a few tweaks I've so far been unable to find. XP had Tweak UI, which allowed some nice customising. I imagine there's something similar, perhaps within Vista itself, that will allow similar customisation of Vista.

In particular, I'd like to be able to have only my usual account icon come up on screen on start up. (Currently, I get it and another Admin account come up.) Is there a way to achieve this? Or is there a Tweak UI equivalent inside or outside Vista?

Hi you can just get rid off any other accounts in Control panel, User Accounts. You can turn the Guest account off or on here also.
It seems strange you have another Admin account. Anyway look in there and see if it helps.
Sorry if you have already tried this..
If you really need a replacement for TweakUI...Microsoft are not releasing a replacement but suggest you might like to try this.
