You really do NOT, it is the latest high risk worm virus, either "my naked wife" or just "naked".

You receive an email to the effect that you can see pictures of my naked wife, IF you open it, it works through Flash, but instead of seeing someones wife naked, your computer gains this nasty worm virus.

Patch is available now at McAfee, not sure about others.

I have to say that I wouldn't really be interested, and probably delete it without even reading it! Begs the question... how did you find out?!! ;)

Sadly I have not had any pictures.......

As I mentioned in a previous thread, I am a member of McAfee Clinic, get an update of all new viruses and patches automatically every 24 hours, or whenever I ask for them.
