Heard a rumor that an AAE 737 slide was deployed on the ground at LST during the week, anyone confirm this.

I too heard about a blown slide, though not about the location.

Do the freighters have the slides in place? The 146 frighteners only had the ropes IIRC:}

Finally seen the photos, L1 door slide deployed. Very lucky no injuries, reportedly the ground crew were only meters from the door whilst pushing in the stairs.

having the slide deployed is only a problem when your low flying.


(tends to scrape the ground)
