Whilst all exams are sat and marked and results are given by the CAA. Do students get a certificate from their particular schools as eveidence of training? - in particular Bristol Gs

Don't know if Bristol issues a "certificate" but would assume so and I know at least one competitor school does - nothing fancy, but confirming you've satisfactorily undertaken and completed a course of ground studies according to JAA requirements (which principally means minimum hours of instruction leading to a full set of positive exam results I guess).

:= Not as far as I know. I didn't get one and nobody I know through BGS has mentioned getting one.

We're on the case. It was agreed last month.
