opening webpages

i have been having troble getting whole pages to open. will get a bit and then this message pops up like:
internet explorer is unable to open the internet site....
the connection to the server has been reset

Happens all the time to me - due to crummy internet connection (it's worse at home where connectivity is even worse than at the office)
