Anyone please help!! My system is a Pentium 3, 700Mhz, 128MB RAM, Voodoo 3 with 16MB. Bloody thing hangs to the point where I have to use the power switch to reboot. It happens mostly when I'm taking a look sideways when I'm abeam the runway. Particularly bad in Bell Jetranger!! I've already reinstalled windows98 and fs2002!

I remain in despair!

1. See if there's an *official* newer version of video driver for your card.
2. Get the latest DirectX from Microsoft.
3. If that doesn't work, try looking at the MS FS forum on www.avsim.com. Someone there is bound to have had a similar problem and sussed it.

Good luck!

Kraken,

I too have been plagued with the FS2002 system hang. I'm looking into it at the moment and when I find the cause, I will post it on this BB.
I know it's not related to latest driver/DirectX version, but these are good to keep up to date anyway.
FYI, my system is:
1.2GHz Athlon, 256MB RAM, 103GB HD space, DirectX 8.1, 64Mb Geforce2 MX400, Windows 2000.
