EK contract Precondition

(You should not resign from your present employment until we ask you to do so, which will be only after all the pre-conditions mentioned in the offer of employment have been met/approved. These will be outlined once you receive the contract)


Can some tell me the pre-conditions they are talking about, and Pm a copy of a contract or post if you like.

Well for starters they have to make sure the government will grant you
a visa, that has to pass first.

You also have to declare that you will fully quit your present job and
give up your senority number there and provide a letter of full resignation
from your airline.

It's not a trick if thats what you are worried about, just making sure
there is nothing to get trapped by before you leave your current job.

Suggestion 1)
Don't resign.. take unpaid leave or similar and forge a fake letter to submit to this assholes. Nobody will ever find out.
In case you don't like it ( 99% possibilities ) you still have a job to ge back to. They want you to have no wayback..so they can screw you very well.

Generaly don't believe to any possible positive comment on Emirates and Dubai. Both stinks badly, Who ever speaks positevely is just trying to convince him self he did a good move... and to drag other people here to share his pain... cause he has no alternatives. This is hell!
