I would like to be able to play video clips on my HP Jornada, running WinCE, I have converted some bits of home movie to mpeg 1 format but the quality is rubbish. I have converted the same file to a movie.wmv file, which gives a far better quality video file for a similar file size, it plays on my desktop with windows media player 7 fine. Looking for something that will do similar on a handheld. I have pocket tv which plays mpegs fine but, like I say the quality of mpeg is poor. Any ideas appreciated, preferably free/shareware or willing to pay a small sum (£30ish).

Excellent Icarus, it's now been bookmarked.
Did notice a few features on that bboard that could be useful here if any of the PPRuNe guys are watching, might be worth a browse over there, not that this isn't a great site anyway.
