Typhoon Nuri causes disruptions to Hong Kong services

The flights affected are:
21 August - London Heathrow to Hong Kong
BA0025
BA0027
BA0031
23 August - Hong Kong to London Heathrow
BA0028
BA0026
BA0032
in fact they have been cancelled for today and reschudeled for tomorrow.
LH did the same like many other but some are still on schedule for this evening journey.Who is making this different decisions upon what reason? Cancel or have a go.....?
