Tropical Storm Fay is not going to affect the oil production in the Gulf of Mexico. Fay is moving nearly due north from Cuba toward Florida, first edges of the storm is currently hitting the Florida Keys (Cays). Forecasters now believe that Fay will not become a hurricane and remain overland until it spends itself out as a low pressure system.

Crude oil prices continue to fall, as of 15 minutes ago.

Misguided in my view. Instead of praying for lower crude prices, why didn't the silly feckers ask God to move the bulk of the remaining crude oil from those heathen areas in the Middle East to good old God-fearin' USA ;)
