Instrumental flight (advices)

Hi guys, this is my first post... and i would like to know if someone have heard about some website or a book where I could find some advices about how to make a good instrumental flight... exp.: when you said that you must to start your turn when you CDI start moving and you have to keep on turning following the top of the CDI.
