I had tickets but did not bother to go due to the weather.

It did indeed, and very wet it was too (by all accounts)

It was indeed wet for much of the time with a lot of low cloud. It was also very windy but pretty much down the main drag. The chaps did brilliantly flying an amazing variety of aircraft considering the conditions.
