A sizeable investment now required in time/effort and funds (paperwork/visas), to join CA. Pay as advertised through contractors. Schedule good by long haul standards. Most expats find a big adjustment is required to operate with national crew. 2 Capt. 2 F/Os. Language/cultural/procedural issues to contend with. Some expats do not make the "adjustment". Try the interview and testing process and decide from there. Medical via the national aviation authority. There is a significant expat failure rate on both initial and subsequent medical checks. A wide variance in the expat happy factor so no easy answers for you.
